Each year the Nextpool Group calculates and publishes our performance in terms of equal compensation.<\/p>\n

This index is based on 100 points and calculated using four indicators that assess salary differences between genders:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Male-female pay gap,<\/li>\n
  • Differences in allocation of individual raises,<\/li>\n
  • Number of employees receiving a raise on return from maternity leave,<\/li>\n
  • Parity amongst 10 highest earners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In 2022, the group score was :<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 80\/100 for Albig\u00e8s,<\/li>\n
    • 94\/100 for ASPOOL,<\/li>\n
    • 90\/100 for Albon,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
